How to Calculate Molecular Mass of Xylene (C8H10):

For calculating molecular mass of Xylene we need atomic mass of carbon and hydrogen. We know that atomic masses of carbon  (C) and hydrogen (H) are 12.011 and 1.00797 respectively. So molecular mass of Xylene = {atomic mass of  carbon  (C) × 8} + {atomic mass of hydrogen (H) × 10}
